3. $OMAI Token Distribution Mechanism

The total supply of $OMAI is 10 billion tokens, distributed as follows:

• AI Ecosystem Support (65%) - Linear release over 120 months This portion focuses on promoting AI training and ecosystem expansion on the Omnipilot platform, incentivizing users, developers, and partners to participate in the optimization and training of AI Agents. User-contributed data and feedback enhance the agents' learning capabilities, with rewards distributed in token form to create a continuous improvement loop.

• Node Governance (15%) - Linear release over 120 months This portion is used to incentivize users participating in node governance.

• User and Community Airdrop Incentives (5%) - Linear release over 12 months This rewards long-term active users and community contributors, promoting user participation through distribution incentives. For instance, users completing investment tasks, contributing data, or participating in community activities can earn $OMAI rewards, enhancing community engagement and loyalty.

• Team and Advisors (5%) - Linear release over 36 months This portion rewards the core team and advisors, ensuring long-term stability and attracting top talent to the platform.

• Developer Incentives (5%) - Linear release over 60 months This is specifically for incentivizing developers to contribute new agent functionalities, strategy models, or ecosystem tools, creating a technological innovation loop.

• Market Making and Liquidity (4%) - Linear release over 24 months This is used to provide liquidity support on decentralized and centralized exchanges, ensuring the liquidity and price stability of $OMAI in the market.

• IDO (1%) - Released over 12 months This is aimed at providing early users with a quicker way to access assets, ensuring the project has a certain market circulation space.

An immediate 50% will be released, with the remaining 50% released linearly over 12 months.

About Assets:

Users can register for free on Omnipilot and receive an Omni Bot (AI Agent advisor). Each Bot will record users' Web3 data and AI usage data, which will be utilized for training Omnipilot's algorithm models.

Node Assets Omni Bot is free to use, but node assets allow users to unlock more advanced features of the Omni Bot, such as modular functionalities that can automatically notify or manage assets.

The price of node assets is uniformly set at 199 USDT, in NFT or DID form. Each node asset has a base computational power value of 500, where 1 computational power = 1 AGent point.

AGent Points Using the Omni Bot generates AGent points. Each interaction with the AI Agent counts as training and can yield one AGent point. Each AGent point can be exchanged for Wise tokens, with the exchange capacity related to the user's points and the overall network points ratio. Users can stake Wise tokens to provide points for the Omni Bot and earn AGent points equivalent to double the staked computational power. In the future, AGent points may be rewarded when users entrust Web3 assets.

• User income is directly related to the number of AGent points.

• The number of AGent points is related to user training frequency and personal computational power.

• Users can obtain additional computational power by purchasing nodes or staking tokens.
